Common questions

How do credits work?

A story turn costs 50 Credits and a scene image 90. You get free Credits when you sign up and from the daily check-in on the My Credit page. Free Credits expire 30 days after you get them; purchased Credits never expire. Failed replies and images are refunded automatically.

How do I get a refund for a purchase?

Purchases are made through Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I report a story or block a creator?

Open the story's information page, tap the menu, then choose Report or Block. You can also email us.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to MY → Settings → My Information → Delete Account. This deletes your account and its data, including your Credits.
